TESLA Former – FMS (Functional Magnetic Stimulation)
TESLA Former uses FMS (Functional Magnetic Stimulation) to target specific muscle groups, triggering around 50,000 supramaximal muscle contractions in a 30-minute session. The magnetic fields target the motor nerves on the treated muscles, creating deeper contractions than regular exercise.
TESLA Former is our treatment for muscle strengthening and building to tone areas such as glutes for a ‘butt lift’, abdomen, thighs, and arms.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What Is The Difference Between CLATUU Fat Freezing And The TESLA Former?
The TESLA Former will strengthen muscles and build muscle mass, burning fat in the process. The TESLA Former is not used to de-bulk or target pockets of fat. It is indicated for those who want to strengthen and tone certain areas of the body, not reduce pockets of stubborn fat.

What Happens During And After The TESLA Former Treatment?
During your TESLA Former treatment
The TESLA Former paddle or paddles will be placed on top of clothing on the targeted area. You will feel the electromagnetic pulses causing muscle contractions. The intensity of your treatment will be based on your comfort level. The treatment is not painful, but many patients need to increase treatment intensity at each session, as the muscles become stronger. Your session will take 30 minutes.
After your treatment
There is no downtime and you can resume most regular activities post-treatment. Generally, a ‘rest day’ for the treated muscle groups is recommended before the next session but it is important to continue your regular exercise for general health and maintaining results. Some patients feel mildly tender the following day but the treatment disperses lactic acid from the muscles, so some patients feel no soreness.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
The TESLA Former treatment is available in packages with 6 sessions being the minimum number of sessions for optimal results. These sessions must be 2 to 3 days apart. For example, many patients follow the treatment schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, have the weekend off, and then repeat the following week. Consistency is vital with this treatment.
After you finish your sessions, you will return for a review in 4 weeks to discuss your results.
How Much Does It Cost?
Tesla chair treatments start from $1450 (including GST) for a package of 6 treatments – which is the minimum required for results.
There is a small rebate from Medicare for this treatment.
